The Cypher Wheel requires little maintenance. Just clean as needed with normal furniture polish/cleaner products. If the wheel begins to bind up or feel sticky, it’s ok to lubricate it with a small amount of gel type oil on a Q-tip around the edge of the inner wheels.
Do not expose to heat. For example, don’t leave your Cypher Wheel in a hot car or in direct sun light as this may cause the wood to warp. The Cypher Wheel is “water resistant” as a poly sealer has been applied to the wood, but it is not “water proof.” Excessive moisture could also cause the wood to warp.
